Pay rate: 33.50 Hours: M-F 8-5 Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: In-Person with the potential to be hybrid Location: El Cajon, CA Assignment Duration: 4 Months to start Resource's typical working day: ? Their responsibilities are preparing invoicing template that is uploaded. ? Credit management and collections knowledge will be needed as well as construction accounting. ? Specifically preliminary notices, lien payments, applications, general contractors billing. ? They will be supervising one individual. This person is approving purchase orders. This person is very self-sufficient but may need support from time to time Years of Experience needed: 5+ Years minimum of general accounting experience is required. 3+ Years of Construction Accounting is Required Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required. People Soft Experience is preferred. Top 5 Must have Skills: Credit management and collections knowledge, experience in general contractor billing, preparing invoices, and lien payments. Top 3 Nice to have Skills: Self-Starter, someone who is willing to do whatever is need to get the job done, and is wanting to convert to a FTE. | |
