Weekly Pay! $19.00/Hour Hours: 8am - 3:30pm Job Designation The Receptionist greets and directs visitors/customers, registers them with the Trade Compliance system, distributes and collects contractor and guest security badges, answers phone lines and performs routine office work in support of department or function objectives. Job Core Responsibilities Greets visitors and clients, providing general information and direction to appropriate contacts Assists with ENVOY Trade Compliance System to register and validate visitors Manages distribution and collection of temporary badges Facilitates daily contractor visitors to the site Answers and screens incoming calls; using independent judgment as needed and maintaining confidentiality Performs routine clerical tasks as needed (i.e., copying, faxing, filing) Sets up meetings, managing conferencing rooms, facilitating conference calls and providing audio visual equipment Maintains a neat and orderly reception desk area May operate a variety of standard office equipment; provide troubleshooting for routine problems or initiating service calls as necessary Other responsibilities as assigned Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary Job Specifications Education : A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations Certifications : Years Experience : 0-2 years of relevant experience Skills : Professional demeanor for answering phones, greeting and directing people Excellent internal and external customer service skills Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations Ability to recognize and solve typical problems and select solutions from established options Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. | |
