This is a six-month to one-year contract position. Remote working is a possibility (preferably -- be able to meet with the global marketing manager in person on a bi-weekly or monthly basis)

This marketing specialist position will collaborate with a global cross-functional team (Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to develop, execute, and continuously improve existing client communication and events.

Bringing your experience with event planning, the customer journey, and product positioning, you?ll immediately make an impact through a positive relationship with your peers. You will be a key player in securing our existing customer base and ensuring our product release communication articulates value.

You will join an innovative team within a fast-paced, global organization. You will work with colleagues from around the world to identify, develop, and implement effective marketing strategies and plans.

Responsibilities
Organize and execute global virtual and in-person User Meeting events from start to finish (conceptualization, marketing promotion, event management, and post-event analysis).
Meet targets for customer satisfaction and attendance to User Meeting Events
Execute and track marketing campaigns for product releases and upsell campaigns
Collaborate with product managers and relevant stakeholders to prepare innovative content (videos, social, email campaigns, etc) for promoting new features
Reshape and refine content for marketing and sales enablement material
Work with domain experts to clarify product positioning, turn technical content into customer value statements

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience**
Bachelors in Management or Marketing or equivalent
Experience in marketing in B2B business, preferably in software business
A proactive attitude is a must
Proven project management skills, balancing multiple tasks across multiple stakeholders, with tight and often changing targets.
Proven track record with online and in-person event planning, organization, and execution.
Experience turning technical content/input into key product value messages in new and captivating ways.
Knowledge of the following digital marketing channels/platforms/approaches: LinkedIn, Webinar, Email ? etc.
Strong communication skills, including building of interpersonal relationships, negotiation, and influencing.
Fluency in English

Will be joining a team with a great simulation business.
Working in marketing department which develops software that enables energy teams to their customers. Making sure we have reliable power.
The worker will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing the global meetings. 50-100 participants that attend. They will handle logistics, cross-function to prepare topics for events, and invites to attendees. The most important aspect is the ability to work on their own but also cross-collaborate with others to complete project/task.
They will be responsible for promotional campaigns for product releases.
Working with product managers and turning technical content into customer messaging. Organizing the e-mail campaigns, etc..

The top skills the HM is looking for:
Finesse with projects and people: campaign management, meeting management, message development, strong communication skills, willingness to take charge and learn new skills.

Proficiency is Microsoft Suite, LinkedIn, and webinar software skills are essential/preferred.

1-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Looking for a seasoned professional and has some seasonal experience.
Experience setting up customer facing meetings with 50+ attendees.
Someone that can work independently as well as working with high-level architects, senior level engineers, interacting with guest speakers.
Some experience in product launching and working with authors/people that work with technical documents.

Does not have to have 10-15 years of experience, but 5 will suffice.
Someone looking to grow in product marketing and product launching and/or customer engagement and customer events.
