Shifts Available: All Pay Rate: $30.00/hr Benefits: 401K, Vision, Dental, and Health **$150.00 weekly attendance bonus** Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain equipment to company standards - Troubleshoot equipment performance issues - Complete scheduled work orders and preventive maintenance inspections - Install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment - Implement continuous improvement on equipment and system design - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Leadership: - Support project planning and execution - Coordinate with other line technicians and maintain good working relationships - Train other associates in area of responsibility - Optimize product/material sequencing to minimize changeover time - Maintain assigned line(s) equipment and react to machinery breakdowns as directed. | |
