Shift: Varies per role Summary: We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team in various roles within the manufacturing and logistics departments. Whether you're interested in biotechnology manufacturing or logistics and inventory management, we have opportunities available for you. Our positions range from entry-level to experienced, offering competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities (General): Execute specific tasks within a biotechnology manufacturing setting. Operate machinery and manufacturing equipment, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot issues as needed. Inspect, verify, and calibrate equipment, ensuring quality and compliance. Prepare materials, maintain logs and records, and perform in-process testing. Support inventory management, including material handling, labeling, storage, and retrieval. Operate forklifts and company vehicles as required. Execute ERP transactions, maintain records, and perform data entry. Support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives. Maintain department metrics, participate in meetings, and provide recommendations for process improvement. Promote a safe work environment and address hazardous conditions. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (General): High School Diploma or equivalent (varies based on specific role). Experience in a relevant field (manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, etc.), preferably in pharmaceutical, medical, or biotechnology manufacturing. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow established procedures. Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and handle materials, including heavy objects (weight varies by role). Valid driver's license (if applicable). Knowledge of MS Windows software, preferably SAP (if applicable). Basic understanding of GMP, QSR, and ISO requirements (if applicable). Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and communication. Punctuality and consistent attendance.
