F 2pm ? 10:30pm (Weekend/Holidays as needed) EXPERIENCE Years of Experience Two Years Plus CERTIFICATIONS Certifications CSPT - required DESCRIPTION Unit: Central Sterilization Specialty: Instrument Tech Overview: Strong skills in all areas of processing; decontamination; sterilization; autoclaves; sterility assurance; and assembly and preparation Education: High school graduate or equivalent Certifications: CRCST or CSPDT Certification through IAHCSMM or CBSPD Other: Basic computer skills must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE). Must interact with staff and co-workers across a diverse range of disciplines. Must be able to follow directions. Must be able to operate equipment.
