Job Description:

The Clean Energy Specialist for Con Edisons Midstream Energy Efficiency Programs plays a critical role in advancing energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability within Con Edison service territory. Responsibilities include program leadership, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects and processing of incentives through Con Edisons Midstream Energy Efficiency Programs. The Clean Energy Senior Specialist will work closely with the Program Manager to oversee program performance and budgets. They are expected to develop and manage workflows, tools, and standards to streamline program participation and improve customer experience. They will collaborate with key stakeholders, including trade allies and other industry players to increase engagement and drive program participation. Please note that this position may require travel in and around the company's service territory.

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop and implement the midstream energy efficiency programs, ensuring savings targets are met while balancing the cost-effectiveness of program incentive offerings.
Demonstrate characteristics critical for effective management including but not limited to customer focus, communications, decision-making, initiative, job knowledge, and leadership.
Assist the Program Manager in tracking and evaluating midstream programs performance, budgets, and outcomes
Oversee workflow management processes for the programs and identify areas for improvements. Address gaps and inefficiencies, taking the lead in resolving these issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade allies and industry professionals to increase awareness and engagement with the company's midstream programs. These may include but not limited to distributors, contractors, retailers, manufacturers, manufacturer representatives, ESCOs, and design/architectural firms,
Utilize data analytics to measure and report on the program effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
Develop standards, tools, and processes to manage projects efficiently and resolve program inquiries quickly
Process and review program incentive and implementation invoices
Manage the Program Inspection Processes and perform inspections virtually and/or onsite as needed
Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure quality standards
Liaison with various department support groups on tasks that require planning and design
Perform other tasks and assignments as required.
Licenses & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field required. Driver's License Required
