Weekly Pay! $35.00/Hour Shift: 1 Shift Start and End Time 8:30am to 5:00pm Job responsibilities: Support the Endovascular Robotics leadership team and provide a high level of administrative support. Assist the leadership team to ensure new team members have all required equipment and access to the appropriate systems. Assist in the management of visitors. Facilitating complex calendar management across time zones and countries. Organizing meetings, reserving conference rooms and equipment, and coordinating catering services. Scheduling travel arrangements with detailed itineraries and filing expense reports. Processing purchasing requisitions; following up with internal and external stakeholders on payment of reimbursements/invoices as needed. Answering, screening, and placing phone calls, sorting and prioritizing mail; monitoring all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files, data entry and retrieval from electronic sources. Maintaining the office and ordering office supplies. Experience and skills required: Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 5 + years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or related experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams and Power Point), certification a plus. Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple priorities. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring deadlines are accurately met. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders with a high level of integrity. Good problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to make suggestions to improve efficiencies. Take meeting minutes as well as document action items. High level of confidentiality. Digital Communications training is a plus. | |
