Shift: 1st
HOURS Core Hours - 9:00-3:00 PM CST. (This is a global position and flexibility is allowed to cover project needs and meetings outside of NA time zones.)

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor?s Degree in any field

TOP 5 REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES
Experience with SAP
Experience with Macros (already created, but a working knowledge is required)
Experience with Customs Documentation, shipping documents, etc.
Ability to manage priorities and plan activities to meet daily tasks
Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills

Microsoft EXCEL

The Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst assists the Trade Compliance Team with various compliance-related activities to ensure the organization meets compliance requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
Audit import/export Customs documentation to ensure accuracy of records; ensure corrective action if required
Escalate serious or significant discrepancies
Support the recordkeeping and organization of Customs and shipping documents, HTS and country of origin determinations and other compliance-related documents
Ensure databases are maintained and communicated to internal and external stakeholders
Proactively communicate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
Support projects and other compliance-related responsibilities as needed

Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership
Strong teamwork, written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated Initiative, detail-oriented and highly organized
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred knowledge and competence
Knowledge of HTS, INCOTERMs, country of origin rules, import/export laws and regulations
Knowledge of the complexities of moving products across borders: international freight, duties, custom brokers, freight forwarders, and ocean/air carriers
Trade Agreement qualification a plus
International Shipment experience a plus
Good written and verbal skills
