Position Overview: As a Utility Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. Your responsibilities will include: Cleaning up spills and broken glassware promptly. Mopping floors to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Executing daily duties, including opening, closing, and side work tasks. Providing support to Line Cooks and other team members when necessary. Anticipating the needs of our Chefs and assisting with food transport and plating. Requirements: Strong work ethic and dedication to cleanliness and safety.
