Weekly Pay! $65.00/Hour Description Job Responsibilities Facilitate applicable information security audits, including SOC1 (System and Organization Controls), SOX (Sarbanes Oxley), and PCI (Payment Card Industry). Understand the business processes, internal control risk management, and IT general controls (ITGCs) to be able to test applications, operating systems, and databases. Work with management to design and test controls (i.e, ITGC, interfaces, key reports) for new applications. Conduct walkthroughs with control owners and application teams to document their control processes in narratives. Support internal and external auditors to escalate follow-ups. Work with control owners and application teams to identify root cause of identified deficiencies and to develop appropriate remediation plans. Perform other duties as assigned or necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in IT Audit, Risk management, Compliance or Consulting (i.e. Big 4 or equivalent) Industry recognized security certifications (e.g., CISA or equivalent) Working knowledge of IT GRC platforms (RSA Archer, Auditboard) SOX - Sarbanes Oxley SOC - System and Organization Controls PCI - Payment Card Industry THE ROLE AND SKILLS REQUIRED Looking more SOCS/SOX related since it?s our Q4 and that audit is being tested and wrapping up in early 2024. Ideal would be if they worked in big 4 in audit settings, specifically IT Audit or Compliance related. CERTIFICATIONS CISA knowledge preferred but not necessary. Aracher or Auditboard are 2 systems we?re mainly using. What we want to stay away from is IT Security, or Cyber Security. This isn?t Cyber Security Compliance. We?re looking for more of that SOX (Sarbanes Oxley), related IT GRC experience (IT General Controls, Logical Access, Provisioning user access reviews) - they don?t have to have big 4, but that?s where their experience should lie. Sr. Analyst, 2-5 years. SOCS/SOX Auditor, Sr. SOCS/SOX Auditor, Sr. Compliance Analyst, Sr. IT Compliance Analyst, It?s around IT Compliance. SOCS/SOX Audit will be Q4 but SOCS/SOX in terms of compliance is an ongoing thing. Beyond auditors, also going through walkthroughs, designing controls, things like that. Other areas of compliance like SOC1 and PCI. A lot of what our department does is to facilitate requests along compliance spectrum for IT. So, if there?s an IT risk anywhere in the world and they need IT Related documents, policies, procedures, getting in touch with right IT contacts, our team funnels that. | |
