JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Business Operations Coordinator for our client in Overland Park, KS!

Pay rate: 18.00

Hours: 40 Hours (4-7,8-5, or 9-6)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Assignment Duration: 4 Months (11/27 targeted start date)

Resource's typical working day:

Document Management Team: Determine with the document is to get it into the right tool.
Deliver mail, packages, copy products, and stationery to assigned groups/locations per daily schedule. Ensure that all packages received/delivered are shipped and/or delivered same day.
Check daily and replenish all mail and postage supplies.
Audit delivery invoices. Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections. Check for contraband. Ensure all shipped packages are adequately protected against damage.
Process shipment requests with a vendor, advising package owner of arrangements. Apply appropriate postage amounts and required identification to outgoing mail and packages.
Stock copy rooms and provide first response for copier fleet production needs such as clearing jams (no tool repairs) and resolving if a technician is needed.
Other duties may include but are not limited to monitoring online production/copy requests, setup up conference rooms for client meetings, answering telephones, direct calls, and taking messages.
Coordinates timely entry and processing of various standard to complex client toolsets such as vendor invoices and other Real Estate documents for a local market and/or region.

Years of Experience needed: 1+ years of experience is preferred but not required

Level of Education: H.S Diploma Required

Systems/Software proficiencies: Microsoft Suite Experience

Certifications/Licenses: n/a

Top Must have Skills: Microsoft Office Suite Experience!

Top 3 Must to have Soft Skills: Strong time management, detail oriented, and great communication.

Top 3 Nice to have Skills: Knowledge of legal terms such as renewal and default notic
