Shift: 1st shift

This position will require a strong understanding of Root Cause Corrective Action process using 5 why.
Expectations are to drive immediate natural team meeting with employees needed. Facilitate all aspects of the RCCA from creation to response completion, Implementation of actions, follow-up and effectiveness review while meeting Aerospace TAT Metric.
Responsibilities include managing corrective actions daily to drive continuous movement to ensure TAT and committed dates are achieved.
Maintain RCCA metrics daily reporting status at tier 3. Schedule lead and update qrtly MCAB metrics driving improvement actions.
Partner with CA owners to help them get through any bottlenecks escalating issues as needed.
Act as CA administrator to manage users and edit if needed.
Create new CA?s for all escapes, and upon request for identified issues
Become a trainer for Corrective action and mistake proofing to help create a 5 why culture

Performs quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of products. Inspects materials, parts and products at different stages of production. Records observations and may make recommendations for improving processes. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 6-8 years of related experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under immediate supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor. Special Considerations: Lifting is generally at or below 30Lbs. without significant repetitions. Moderate exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is anticipated. Operation of a Powered industrial truck is considered at least Industrial and may be considered Heavy as determined by other exposures.
