Shift: Days, 07:00-19:00
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Assignment Length: 16-26 weeks

Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)
Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only
Required Experience: 1 year ICU
Preferred Experience: 1 year Burn unit

Must be willing to float when needed

MUST BE FULLY COVID AND FLU VACCINATED TO BE SUBMITTED - NO EXCEPTIONS

General Comments
To ensure patient safety it is mandatory that all licensed co-workers who provide direct patient care pass a medication and math competency test before assuming medication administration responsibilities. This exam will cover knowledge of the actions and side effects of commonly used drugs along with math regarding correct dosages and IV problems.
Call Requirements- no call requirements.
Float Requirements-yes variable/intermittent based on census fluctuations
Number of Beds- 9
Patient Ratios-variable?mixed-- acuity unit?ICU, stepdown and floor status patient acuities
Equipment?Phillips ICU monitors, NIcom, ventilators, hydrotherapy equipment
EMR---EPIC

Must Have Skills/Experience ICU
Type of Patients on Unit Complex burn, complex wound, med/surge ICU, occasional stepdown/icu overflow
Scrub Color -Black top and Pant (scrubs only)
Any unacceptable attire -Tshirts/holes in shoes (crocs, etc.)
