JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Logistics Shuttle Driver for our client in Redmond, WA! Pay rate: 29.00 Primary Duties ? Pickup Delivery o Attend Morning Meeting hosted by Admin and review AC report o Contact Customer within 24 hours to schedule pickup. o Set route for the day and target to be back at Hub prior to FedEx Daily Pickup o Make sure all paperwork matches units picked up or delivered. ? Manufacturer ? Model ? Serial number ? Accessories o Inspect incoming units for damage and note on incoming paperwork o Make sure all Agilent paperwork is signed by customers (courier and/or packing lists) ? It is ok to accept additional units from Customers ? Fill out a new Pickup Request with net new assets and have the Customer sign o Update customer binders with any special notes and add new customers o Make sure all paperwork is organized and placed in admin bin o Make admin aware of any special needs the customer may have expressed ? Receiving o Un-package all boxes that are delivered into the LCC o Check model and serial number to paperwork provided with the unit o Check for damage and note it o If unit is damaged take pictures and attach to the Seibel Order. If SO not available email picture to OM. o ETE is to go on the ETE rack located in the lab with incoming paperwork o Seibel Logistic ? Update ?Receipt? Information on Logistics Tab ? Receive Date ? Tracking Number ? Carrier ? List Accessories received o Seibel Service Order ? Update your WDB arrive date (this is date you received the unit) ? Verify schedule, re-schedule and customer received dates auto populated to be 7 days out. If not you will need to manually enter these dates ? Verify schedule, re-schedule is auto populated to 7 days out and customer received date auto populated to be 8 days out. Potential to convert to FTE, If so, what rate: Potential, $25.50 hourly Team culture: This team is very supportive and is willing to help especially when loading/unloading packages. Resource's typical working day: They start in a central location in the mail room. They will go through a team huddle M,W F. They are then assigned a route, and then load the needed packages into the cart and then into the van. They will service the first set of locations in the morning hours (drop offs and pickups) then after their lunch period it will follow the same progress just another set of buildings along the route. Ideal candidate for this role: Someone that is focused on quality, and has a high level of recall. This is a heavily physical position and this person would be on their feet for most of the day with lifting through the entire day. If a candidate has experience as an Amazon, FedEx, USPS, or UPS driver they would be a good fit for this role. Years of Experience needed: 1-2 years' experience in a driving position or customer facing position Level of Education: H.S Diploma Systems/Software proficiencies: Basic experience with technology. Candidate will be expected to utilize a hand held device, and navigating multiple applications. Certifications/Licenses: Driver's License-Will be operating a mini van Lift Requirement: 50lbs (Single lift) 50-70lbs (Team lift) Top 5 Must have Skills: Meet physical demands, attention to quality, customer service skills, adaptability, Dependable | |
