Weekly Pay! $78.94/Hour Role Summary: As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing the key deliverables across a project lifecycle. This includes all deliverables related to Initiating, Planning, Executing and Closing a project. Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to): Be the primary representative and work closely with project stakeholders to set expectations and act as a liaison during the course of the project. Develop clear program plans with all necessary functional areas (including project schedule, budget, project scope, etc.). Manage the budget of project throughout its lifecycle; update and publish regular forecasting, actuals, and benefits on schedule as required. Work with all functional and IT managers throughout project to define and monitor resource requirements/constraints and communicate/resolve resource issues. Hold project kick-off meeting(s) to review specifications, schedule and team roles and responsibilities. Collect and analyze performance metrics and draft contract deliverables according to contract requirements. Participate and present in program management reviews and quarterly program reviews. Hold regular project meetings with the project team to monitor project execution, control project scope, schedule and budget and manage change. Facilitate project team?s navigation through company's program delivery methodology and enforce gate checklists completion throughout transition. Hold regular status meetings with Program Management Office leadership and executive management. Properly close the project, including completion of the delivery to operations handoff checklist and holding a project close meeting with the team. Qualifications 5+ years professional experience including 3 years in project management in a customer facing role. Extensive project management experience in leading cross-functional teams with complex projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a geographically distributed or matrix team. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently. Excellent internal and external written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio. Demonstrated successful track record delivering projects across different functional areas. Ability to collaborate with and manage vendors. PMP or equivalent certification would be an asset. Description: Job Summary :Maintains information technology strategies by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions. Primary Responsibilities: Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies. Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center. Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by staying current on state-of-the-art practices. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or other related discipline Experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction PMP Certification Paul Van Vooren? Director for IT for IBP Manage a project in IBP or Supply Chain planning; internal IT and vendors will be managed Ultimate end goal is streamlining of business processes ? they are selecting a tool for implementation They use a mixed bag of diff tools to pull together the demand plans ? they want to simplify the process by providing more integrated tools to support the business Tech details ? must have experience with supply chain planning space ? there will be multiple ppl on the team that they can fall back on?but that experience will go far in this role IBP planning experience is more relevant than CPG experience ? if they have both that would be ideal but not a deal breaker SIOP or SOP ? Sales Operations Planning or Sales Inventory Ops Planning is a huge plus to this role 7-10 years of experience in planning or sales ops planning They have a strong IT finance person so budget management is important but supply chain experience weighs more heavily than the budgetary skills PMP a plus but not mandatory ? again Supply Chain skills weigh more heavily 2-3 year project total ? not sure about FTE conversion Bachelor?s degree is a plus ? if they have strong supply chain experience that will weigh heavily when selecting a candidate 1 round of interviews ? maybe a second round ? Paul will be in Belgium next week ? EPMO, some peers and his manager will interview ? so panel interview 100% remote ? poss travel to HQ for meetings depending on the phase of the project Ideal candidate will be a strong communicator ? will present on a weekly meetings that goes to CIO to present progress, issues and risks and comm back to the stake holders Multiple work streams ? demand, supply and capacity planning and a piece of commercial planning ? multiple teams that need comm to Will need a level of detail to guide, point to or escalate | |
