To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. include, but are not limited to: ? Clean molds. ? Water test molds. ? Polishing molds. ? Machine maintenance. ? Prepare material to print. ? Disassemble & assemble molds. ? Other department related duties as assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the job: ? Excellent written and oral communication (Bilingual) skills and techniques, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel and management. ? Effective planning and organizing skills; ability to handle multiple job tasks/duties. ? Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; ? Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; DESIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS ? High school diploma, GED. Or approved company training program. ? Minimum 2 years? experience, or 2 year?s apprenticeship. ? Must be mechanically inclined with a strong desire and aptitude to develop skills. ? Experience with mills, hoists, height gages, lathes, various micrometers, surface grinders, various indicators, band saws, or various calipers. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: ? Basic Algebra and Geometry & blueprint reading. | |
