Description: Pay is $16 per hour Wednesday through Tuesday 630am to 3pm This position is for our QA Cleaning Team. Your work schedule will be from Monday through Saturday and will rotate some Sundays. Must be able to lift 50lbs, clean, stock and supply designated facility areas. You can expect to work on your feet the entirety of your shift near heavy machinery in a loud manufacturing environment. Cleaning will consist in pressure washing, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning ceiling vents. Must be able to carry out heavy cleaning tasks, special projects and notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs We will teach you the basic requirements of cleaning on the process line as well as what pieces of equipment need to be opened for sanitation. We will also provide training on ""lock out"" procedures which ensure your safety and the safety of your team members. Requirements: Ability to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift Willingness to work overtime Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation. Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to wear required safety attire, which may include wearing a hairnet, safety glasses, and/or a bump cap for the duration of your workday. PPE -Must wear steel toe boots, this is required to enter the facility. A sanitation position contributes to the success of the facilities sanitation practices by cleaning and sanitizing, personal safety, and adherence to and procedures. They must also have steel toe shoes when they arrive to work. The contractor is required to maintain his or her clothing/uniform in a clean and neat condition. Rips, tears, or frayed edges are not permitted. Shirts shall cover the armpits. Tank tops, muscle shirts, cut-off shirts, low cut shirts, nylon pants, sweatpants, tights, capris length, short pants and low cut sagging pants are prohibited. Jeans with ornamental decorations (beads/rhinestones/holes) are prohibited on the production floor. safety shoes No jewelry (including face piercings) is allowed. No false eyelashes. | |
