Job Title: Oracle HR Reporting Analyst

Reports to: Lead, HRIS Strategy & Implementation

Primary Responsibility:

The Oracle HRIS Data Analyst plays a crucial role in developing HR reports as a component of a comprehensive global system integration initiative. This individual collaborates closely with various business stakeholders to understand and analyze reporting requirements, comparing them with existing report templates, and creating OTBI and BI reports, including intuitive visual dashboards. A vital aspect of this role involves educating and training the internal team to ensure they are well-equipped to continue report development activities after the initial implementation phase.

Essential Functions:
- Integrate and analyze data from various sources to provide clear, consistent, and actionable information for HR and organizational needs.
- Tailor datasets to produce accurate and meaningful analytical insights.
- Develop customized reports for the Global HR Department.
- Collaborate with both business and technical teams to identify and clarify reporting needs.
- Manage and implement burst reporting, as well as scheduling regular report generation.
- Create and maintain data models, along with writing custom SQL queries for existing tables and views.
- Handle XML package management, including archival and retrieval processes.
- Develop layouts with data drill-down capabilities to enhance user experience.
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance activities in preparation for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field.
- At least three years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle HCM BI & OTBI.
- Knowledge of Oracle?s security structures for custom reporting.
- Advanced skills in Excel, with VBA knowledge being an added advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel or similar software.
- Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Solid analytical skills and a technical mindset.
- Excellent consulting and advisory skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes (estimated at 10% or less).

Physical Requirements & Abilities:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
