Weekly Pay! $55.17/Hour Shift / Hours: Days/8 hours, preferably from 8:00 ? 4:30 but can be somewhat flexible. Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Please include required certs and job requirements/ experience to be deemed viable. Bachelor?s degree in Accounting and/or Finance. Month-end Closing, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills We would like to see someone with some healthcare finance or accounting experience. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Healthcare Finance experience ? 1 year Workday, Kaufman Hall experience Experience in monthly variance reporting, forecasting, internal system and external reporting, stats reporting, and supporting local leadership on their Finance varying needs/requests. Best personality Fit: Willingness to help or partner with our local leadership team. Attention to detail. Understanding the importance of meeting deadlines. High level of integrity, including honesty. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn about hospital and healthcare system operations. The candidate collaborates with local hospital leaders and other system-wide functions, including supply chain, revenue cycle, etc? Currently, using Workday, which was a new ERP system implemented in January 2021. We are transitioning to Workday Adaptive, which includes rolling forecasting. Rolling forecasting would be new for Franciscan Alliance. The Dyer/Munster Finance team includes a relatively new, experienced, very talented Financial Operations Manager. She will be a strong partner to the Analyst ? and is a pleasure to work with. | |
