JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Machine Operator for our client in Stoughton, WI! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $26 per hour 3rd Shift: Monday-Wednesday, 5pm-5am. 36 hour work week, but will be paid for 40 hours Job Description ? Operates machines and production equipment independently in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others. Key Responsibilities: ? Performs quality inspections. Identifies and controls non-conforming material. ? Delivery Fully proficient with all work processes, independently operating equipment to manufacture and assemble products in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations. ? Achieves production goals. ? Works at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard. ? Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals. ? Works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair. Qualifications and Competencies ? Manufacturing Knowledge - Demonstrates the knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement. ? Manages complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Education, Licenses, Certifications: ? High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. ? This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: ? Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. Day to day: Will be working with a semi-automatic machine. Loading componence, measurements and checks. Will be doing some laser engraving to date stamps. Package into box to ship out product. Prior experience: working in manufacturing or lab setting is beneficial.
