The HRIS Solutions Analyst will be responsible for the support of the Global HR System ATS and Transition Management applications for some or all of the following under the direction of the Manager, HRIS:

Deliver second-tier HRIS support for the Global HR System ATS and Transition Management applications, working directly with first-tier support, key partners, and end users to analyze and achieve timely resolution of production issues, including escalations of critical issues:
Daily production support of system issues via the Case Management system
Troubleshoot reported functional system issues and escalate to third-tier support when necessary.
Meet service level agreement (SLA) commitments
Help users in solving data issues
Perform system administrator tasks
Daily system maintenance.
Assist with system configuration and setup.
Identify system usage patterns and potential process improvement opportunities.
Interact and effectively communicate with internal business partners, IT&S, and the support teams for our software vendors, while troubleshooting functional system issues.
Work with the teams to fix any reported internal issues that stop the development of services
Assist with testing and implementation of patch upgrades and custom enhancements.
Develop, revise, and maintain content-specific education programs as assigned in conjunction with experts from the field.
Assist in developing and maintaining accurate HRIS process technical and user documentation.
Assist in developing and delivering HR systems training for core user groups.
Perform other duties as assigned.
2-3 years of experience

College Graduate Required Undergrad

Special Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Lawson HRMS system or other HRMS systems
Broad knowledge of HR concepts and terminology
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience working with and interacting in a team environment
Prior HRIS experience preferred
Ability to participate in change initiatives
