As a Master Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in
coordinating and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient and timely product delivery. Your expertise in scheduling, demand forecasting, and capacity planning will be essential in maintaining a streamlined production process. You will collaborate with various departments to meet customer demands, minimize lead times, and maximize resource utilization.

Responsibilities:
Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand, resource availability, and inventory targets.
Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical data and market trends to accurately forecast future demand, enabling proactive planning.
Capacity Planning: Assess the production capacity and constraints, making recommendations for capacity adjustments or process improvements as needed.
Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels by balancing production schedules with stock levels, aiming to reduce carrying costs while meeting customer needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including production, procurement, and sales, to ensure alignment with production plans and customer requirements.
Lead Time Management: Minimize lead times by monitoring and improving the flow of materials and information through the production process.
Schedule Adherence: Monitor and track production progress against the schedule, identifying and addressing any delays or bottlenecks promptly.
Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to continuously improve scheduling processes and efficiency.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools and software to make data-driven decisions and identify areas for improvement in scheduling and production.
Communication: Communicate production schedules, changes, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, and demand forecasting, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems (MACPAC AS400,Microsoft Excel, Word doc, Teams, and outlook).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Adaptability to changing production demands and priorities.
