List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Best personality Fit: Understanding of user security/password administration JOB SUMMARY The IS User Security Administrator is responsible for overseeing information security for all users and groups for payer websites. This position is responsible for defining users in all systems, granting access rights and troubleshooting security issues. The IS User Security Administrator provides prompt, professional and premier problem-solving services for each customer request. JOB FUNCTIONS Security Establishes security for users and groups for websites and applications. Information Security Administration Diagnoses and researches problems. Escalates to the appropriate groups as required. Information Security Administration Distributes system passwords for all websites and applications. Security Facilitates and fulfills daily security requests, meeting established service level requirements. Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
