Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile A Materials Technician I perform a variety of Supply Chain department functions including receiving incoming supplies, inventory control, support and maintain PAR level locations, issue and fill departmental requisitions, deliver supplies, and provide clerical and ERP duties to assist in maintaining the proper quality and quantity of medical supplies for patient care. Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Please include required certs Materials Management preferred WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Answer all incoming calls and assist end users as needed. Clean aisles; break down and dispose of empty boxes. Count and restock Omnicell cabinets daily in order to maintain established par levels. Fill and charge out walk in and phone orders. Fill and deliver departmental weekly orders. Monitor usage to keep stock at a minimum while meeting customer needs. Perform weekly cycle counts of storeroom items. Receive daily stock orders, restock shelves and rotate supplies. Refill code carts supplies after use. Round floors for equipment daily and updates rounding logs. | |
