Overview: As an IT System Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining and managing the IT infrastructure of our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems, networks, and applications allowing for the seamless operation of business processes and the optimal performance of information technology resources. Key Responsibilities ? User Support ? Infrastructure Support (network, internet) ? Security Management ? System Maintenance and Monitoring ? Hardware and Software procurement ? Vendor Selection ? Key Application Support ? Selection and administration of new business systems Qualifications: ? Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Salesforce ? Basic to intermediate knowledge of telephony ? Strong knowledge of IT application administration ? Strong customer service skills ? Intermediate to advanced knowledge of both Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems ? Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Experience with SQL database and reporting a plus | |
