JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Log Warehouse Clerk for our client in Buffalo, NY! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour Shift: Shift 3 Shift Start and End Time 9pm - 5am Scheduled Days Sunday - Thursday BASIC PURPOSE Perform activities to support all aspects of Night Warehouse clerk, work to ensure timely selection of outbound freight to customers. Activities include data entry of warehouse information, preparation and distribution of related reports, or file/record maintenance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Must be able to print labels Verifying catch weights and keying catch weights Monitoring SAE throughout the night (tolerances, full pallet picks) Setting up printers for invoicing and pick labels Printing/routing will calls Distribution of invoices/manifests and pick labels Running Productivity Reports -APT File Equipment Checklists/Load Maps Report variances from daily load maps in excel spreadsheet Basic Computer skills (Word,Excel) Other duties as necessary Qualifications Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Related Experience: A minimum of one-year experience with warehouse & delivery procedures required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, have excellent telephone skills, strong math skills, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, basic computer skills, and good analytical skills. Must be able to resolve problems and prioritize workload.
