Weekly Pay! $20.17-22.19/Hour Schedule Information Client manufacturing runs 24/7 All new hires will start on a Tuesday. There are 2 days of Orientation from 8am to 4pm. Shifts include teams dedicated to specific areas or production lines Two Week Shift Pattern Schedule ? Weekend Work Scheduled (every other weekend) Day 1: Tuesday DAY shift, 8 am - 4 pm Day 2: Wednesday DAY shift, 8 am - 4 pm Day 3: Deploy to Team shift pattern either Thursday 7 pm - 7:30 am or Friday 7 pm - 7:30 am (if Friday, work the weekend) Job Details Formulation ? weighing powders (chemicals) from original containers into small to large transfer containers, monitoring room temperature and humidity Processing ? loading chemicals into large stainless-steel blenders, using an equipment operation interface to preblend/mill/postblend, monitoring automated processes, troubleshooting Packaging ? prepping materials, packing out powder into containers (barrels, buckets, bottles etc.), palletizing filled containers Cleaning ? breaking down/setting up equipment, hooking up hoses/piping using gaskets/clamps, spraying down rooms, loading equipment into parts-wash, operating, and monitoring automated cleaning Computer Use ? some basic computer use will be required Documentation ? ability to write legibly/clearly/accurately in logbooks and company records as required The process is standard, but each batch of powdered product is unique, and the length of manufacturing time will vary. Therefore, no two days are the same! All job activities are performed indoors under temperature-controlled conditions Dress Code and Safety Requirements Scrubs must be worn inside the manufacturing areas ? scrubs are worn over clothes Safety shoes, glasses to be worn at all times while inside the manufacturing area and warehouse N95 masks are required for certain tasks ? employees cannot have facial hair that will interfere with the use of these masks ? fit test required prior to employment Candidate Profile Manufacturing, Warehouse or Quality experience preferred Computer skills Ability to complete paper-based documentation Attention to detail Willingness to learn Good attitude and attendance Candidates should be looking for a full time/permanent position (i.e., this is their full-time job ? not a second job) | |
