Weekly Pay! $19.61/Hour Shift: 12-hour night shift (7pm to 7am) Job Description: JobsRus.com are seeking a Machine Operator to join our client's team in Canaan, CT. This position involves performing routine production functions, including tasks like filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting, all under general supervision. The Machine Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization) standards. Effective teamwork and supporting team goals are essential in this role, and making decisions within the scope of the position is required. Machine Operators work under direct supervision, following standard operating procedures. Please note: This position may have the potential for becoming permanent (temp to perm). Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 6 months of manufacturing experience required Developing skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within a specific area or process Applying basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks following prescribed steps Effective communication skills suitable for co-workers, team leads, and supervisors Ability to read, write, interpret, and understand specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations Flexibility to work flexible and/or extended hours and to report to work regularly and punctually Ability to work well with others in a team environment Willingness to take on different tasks and responsibilities as needed BD04123JD | |
