Weekly Pay! $18.50/Hour Shift: 1st Shift, Day A shift 7am to 7pm, 12-hour shifts Job Description: JobsRus.com is looking for a Machine Operator to join our client's team in Canaan, CT. This role involves performing routine production tasks, including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision. The Machine Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization) standards. The role requires effective teamwork, supporting team goals, and making decisions within established procedures. Machine Operators work under direct supervision and follow standard operating procedures. Please note: This position may have the potential for becoming permanent (temp to perm). Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Developing skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within a specific area or process Applying basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks following prescribed steps Effective communication skills suitable for co-workers, team leads, and supervisors Ability to read, write, interpret, and understand specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations Flexibility to work flexible and/or extended hours and to report to work regularly and punctually Ability to work well with others in a team environment Willingness to take on different tasks and responsibilities as needed Benefits: Weekly pay Benefits available Potential for temp-to-perm BD04123JD | |
