1st Shift Cooks and prepares food according to established procedures and standardized recipes. Follows preparation and serving schedule for all meals and snacks daily. Ensures, maintains, and documents appropriate temperature of hot and cold foods prepared and held for service. May work anywhere on property where food is prepared. Will assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables. Duties will include cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work stations. | |
