The Opportunity:

Client is currently seeking multiple Documentation Coordinators to work on site at our East Aurora, NY office. This position is responsible for providing support to the Regulatory Compliance Engineering Team and Global Quality Systems Team. This includes tasks such as preparing technical documentation (e.g., formatting, outlining, linking, attachments) and then migrating those documents into a new system. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have strong computer skills, excellent English language proficiency and the ability to work well with others, in-person and virtually, in a fast-paced environment.

What Your Impact Will Be

Prepare technical documentation by
Copy and paste text, pictures, and tables
Format pictures and text (e.g., bolding, underlining, bulletizing words and/or statements)
Create and edit tables
Use, revise, and create custom Word Styles
Insert and/or modify hyperlinks
Convert files (e.g., PDF files, Excel files, Word files, Adobe Illustrator files) to Word
Create headings, sub-headings, and insert page numbering
Migrate documents from an existing system into a new system.
Ensure documents are formatted and transferred correctly in new system
Files and folders are accurately managed and use correct labeling
Work closely with the assigned document authors to ensure integrity of content and revision control.
Assist the manager of Global Quality Systems with the preparation training materials and preparing communications.

What We?re Looking For

An Associate?s degree or equivalent in business or related field
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, including ability to edit and manipulate documents
Strong computer skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent English language proficiency.
Comfortable with being on-camera during virtual meetings.
