Pay Rate - $30.00/Hour Shift: 1 Description: HYBRID POSITION Position Description: Able to apply cost-benefits analysis to identify and prioritize cost reduction ideas and influence decisions on where to focus budget and resources. Proven experience collaborating with multiple teams to achieve a common goal Excellent communication skills and comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization including senior management Strong analytical skills Strong project management skills is required Prior experience with manufacturing methods for turbo machinery is a plus Able to prioritize cost reduction activities in line with higher level business strategies and adjust to changing priorities. Able to work with other AGT and non-AGT service organizations to share best practices Experience with Prioneer and One PumaWeb a plus Your responsibilities Single point of accountability for all baselines cost models for the DR61, Vectra and PGT25 products and services Provide program management of all active cost out programs for the DR61, Vectra and PGT25 products and services Work with multiple stakeholders to establish the target costs for products and services which align with competitive customer pricing while meeting internal profit targets Create a 3-year cost reduction roadmap and report on savings gained from cost out activities and cost increase due to unforeseen / emerging issues and report monthly on progress Compare actual to baseline costs to determine if adjustments to the baseline are necessary and/or identify cost out opportunities Conduct cost reduction workshops and ensure identified opportunities are owned, evaluated, and implemented Ensure cost reductions are tracked via PRIOneer and One PumaWeb Work with finance to ensure all baseline cost savings are captured for proposals and execution projects Work with functional cost managers to drive specific measures from ideation to implementation Support meetings.
