SHIFT INFO Shift day Shifts per week 5 Hours per shift 8 Specific hours: 4a-12:30pm & Weekend Hours: every 3rd weekend EXPERIENCE Years of Experience One Year Plus DESCRIPTION Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: One year phlebotomy or clinical laboratory experience. Previous Lab Support Tech/Med Lab Tech or equivalent experience. Preferred Experience: Phlebotomy preceptor experience. Job Summary: Main Duties will be obtaining, and processing blood samples from patients. Assists with processing of specimens and reports in laboratory areas as required. Troubleshoots and resolves specimen and order issues. Performs other duties as required. Reviews and reports laboratory tests, as required, under the direction of laboratory leadership. Communicates and documents critical information according to the established policies and procedures. Complies with all safety regulations and requirements.
