Jobs R US.com is looking for a motivated receiving clerk. 2nd Shift: Hours: M-F 2:00pm. to 10:30 p.m. plus OT and Saturday's This is a temp to hire position based on attendance and performance. Job duties: Summary: The main function of a Sr Associate, Equipment Operations (Equipment Operator 4) is to support warehousing activities through the operation and driving of equipment such as trucks and forklifts to handle and transport materials. Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to the following: Equipment Operator Material Handling - Receiving Material Handling - Material Handling. Will be using an order selector (OS) or reach truck (RT) to stock product and/or pallets into racking locations. Will need to verify part number and quantity prior to stocking products. Will be using RF to complete stocking/put away function. May need to manually stock product into racking locations. Ability to perform physically intensive labor including motions such as reaching, bending, picking up, lifting weight up to 50 pounds as needed, walking for periods of time, standing for periods of time. Must be able to perform duties in a warehousing type environment, working well in busy conditions which may be noisy at times. Ability to take direction and work in accordance to set standards of performance and safety. Experience working in a similar role either in a manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing setting desired but not required. Skills/Qualifications: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Ability to read blueprints. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. If required, must possess or be able to obtain the necessary equipment operation certification or licenses. Prior experience operating equipment and machinery in a transportation, warehousing, or manufacturing setting desired but not required. Overtime will be required when needed. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Forklift operators license may be required. Commercial driving license may be required.
