Weekly Pay! $48.00/Hour Description: As a Plant Controller you will direct budget preparation, account reconciliation, ledger maintenance, annual physical inventories, provide recommendations for financial improvement and work directly with the Corporate Financial Analyst to prepare P&L and all other necessary reports. You will report to the Site Manager at Oak Creek. Main Responsibilities. Provide financial planning and analysis oversight to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual estimates and provide updates to changes in the estimates. Provide financial planning and analysis oversight for annual Plan, RBR, and BSR including full P&L, Working Capital, and Cash Flow analysis. Direct oversight over GL accounts, work through inventory issues, oversee the discretionary spend, develop financial daily standard work Analyze all financial aspects of the business to recommend actions to maximize profitability and achieve long-term growth. Qualifications. 8 to 10 years of Finance experience. Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or equivalent experience. Fluent English skills. HFM & Oracle experience. | |
