Weekly Pay! $27.38/Hour Shift 1 The Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst assists the Trade Compliance Team with various compliance-related activities to ensure the organization meets compliance requirements. Primary Responsibilities: Audit import/export Customs documentation to ensure accuracy of records; ensure corrective action if required Escalate serious or significant discrepancies Support the recordkeeping and organization of Customs and shipping documents, HTS and country of origin determinations and other compliance-related documents Ensure databases are maintained and communicated to internal and external stakeholders Proactively communicate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement Support projects and other compliance-related responsibilities as needed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership Strong teamwork, written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated Initiative, detail-oriented and highly organized Demonstrated problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred knowledge and competence: Working knowledge of SAP Knowledge of HTS, INCOTERMs, country of origin rules, import/export laws and regulations Knowledge of the complexities of moving products across borders: international freight, duties, custom brokers, freight forwarders, and ocean/air carriers Trade Agreement qualification a plus International Shipment experience a plus Good written and verbal skills | |
