JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Quality Control Technician for our client in Cleveland, OH! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $19.00/Hour Shift Details : 2nd shift position (2pm-10:30pm). The job is scheduled for 40 hours per week, but overtime may be needed based on business demands. Level I: 0-3 years. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for validating in process and finished good properties of wet samples that come into QC as well as prepare those samples for coating. The individual is responsible for property testing that is reported to the customer and is critical for accurate performance of the coating. Key Responsibilities: Wet property testing of samples; i.e. viscosity, pH and resistivity Make up of electrocoat bath for coatings testing Coating of panels via electrodeposition Low level analytical testing of intermediates and finished goods (Solids, Gas Chromatography, Acid/Base Titration) Dry film testing; i.e. hardness, defect evaluation, gloss, color, etc. Batch approval and submission preparation Will work independently in lab, with 2nd shift production supervisor for guidance | |
