JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Manufacturing Operator for our client in Zebulon, NC! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.50/Hour This operator will train on 1ST Shift for 3-4 months. Once training is completed will move to B shift. SHIFT = B shift Monday-Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:00am The purpose of this job is to operate, maintain, and clean equipment in compliance with SOPs, JSAs, and batch documents to produce high-quality products safely and meet supply chain demands. The operator must monitor equipment for excessive rejects, comply with regulatory and OSHA requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement. Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and computer skills are required, along with mechanical skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. The operator must perform various duties in compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, ZSPs, and JSAs, maintain inspection readiness of the area, and participate in monitoring equipment and performance data. Additionally, the operator must be an expert on operations/process and troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment production stoppages. The operator must deliver against safety, quality, waste & performance objectives and identify areas for process improvement. Finally, the operator must work in coordination with other associates, assistants, and/or technicians, and have the ability to conduct equipment set up changeovers and start of batch activities to the designed specifications. | |
