The Onsite Specialist is responsible for recruiting new temporary workers and maintaining current workers at the client site. The Onsite Specialist must work with the hiring managers at our client to discuss the clients needs as well as communicate with Jobsrus.com staff. Essential Job Functions: Responsible for overseeing the supervision of Jobsrus.com associates in the client's distribution center Orientation and safety training of the associates Coaching and developing the associates Attract employees who fit a job description and have the potential to become valuable additions to the company Works with client/hiring managers to develop recruiting plans Responsible for conducting new hire orientations, counseling/coaching temporary workers, and handling or escalating employee relations issues Administer employee compensation, training and benefit programs Responsible for communicating and enforcing Jobsrus.com policies around payroll, attendance, safety, and other employee programs Provide first class customer service to employees and clients Efficiently completes all back office (payroll, operations) duties in a timely manner Job Requirements: College degree (Bachelors Degree strongly preferred), or relevant work experience Bilingual - Spanish Preferred Experience supervising or managing in warehouse or distribution center, 18 months preferred. At least 12 months of previous work experience in staffing/recruiting and/or human resources is preferred Ability to effectively communicate with others Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines, i.e. a self-starter Must be detail-oriented BD04123JD | |
