Onsite Manager / Recruiter

The Onsite Manager / Recruiter represents Jobsrus.com by overseeing day-to-day operations of Jobsrus.com associate workforce and business at our client site. The Onsite Specialist is responsible for recruiting new temporary workers and maintaining current workers at the client site. The Onsite Specialist must work with the hiring managers at our client to discuss the clients needs as well as communicate with Jobsrus.com staff.

Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for overseeing the supervision of Jobsrus.com associates in the client's distribution center
Orientation and safety training of the associates
Coaching and developing the associates
Attract employees who fit a job description and have the potential to become valuable additions to the company
Works with client/hiring managers to develop recruiting plans

Responsible for conducting new hire orientations, counseling/coaching temporary workers, and handling or escalating employee relations issues
Administer employee compensation, training and benefit programs

Responsible for communicating and enforcing Jobsrus.com policies around payroll, attendance, safety, and other employee programs
Provide first class customer service to employees and clients
Efficiently completes all back office (payroll, operations) duties in a timely manner

Job Requirements:
College degree (Bachelors Degree strongly preferred), or relevant work experience
Bilingual - Spanish Preferred
Experience supervising or managing in warehouse or distribution center, 18 months preferred.
At least 12 months of previous work experience in staffing/recruiting and/or human resources is preferred

Ability to effectively communicate with others
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines, i.e. a self-starter
Must be detail-oriented
