Pay Rate - $60/hr Fully remote with flexible hours consideration based on time zone. Job Description Benefit Harmonization Activities Lead/support/participate in benefit harmonization projects as necessary; Support benefit communication/education/employee engagement campaigns as necessary Monitoring and responding to benefits inquiry mailbox and facilitate resolution to escalations Manage the end to end enrollment process Conduct Benefit Orientation Support the system related activities associated with harmonization Benefits Operations Activities Leave of absence processing. Research, monitor and operationalize benefit requirements (e.g. statutory requirements) Process invoices and funding requests and track accordingly Develop and maintain benefit process/procedures Perform periodic data reconciliation process to support vendor/partner performance and plan accuracy; manage resolutions and correction Process tuition reimbursement approvals/appeals Participate as needed on end to end annual enrollment processes | |
