Full Time OR Part-time, Year-Round, On-the-job-Training, Up to $22/Hour, Multiple Shifts Available in Essex OR Williston, VT.This is an onsite role in Vermont, not remote. WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT THESE PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE ROLES * On-the-job Training or possible Direct Hire opportunities for those with experience. * Weekly Pay * Full and Part-time Hours Available * D1 - $19/HR, Monday-Wednesday, every other Thurs: 6 am - 6:15 pm * D2 - $21/HR, Friday - Sunday alternating Thursday: 6 am - 6:15 pm * N1 - $20/HR, Mon-Wed, every other Thurs: 6 pm - 6:15 am * N2 - $22/HR, Fri - Sun, every other Thursday: 6 pm - 6:15 am * Medical, dental, vision, 401k, short- & long-term disability, Life insurance * Great team environment and opportunity to advance within the company Production Associates are responsible for monitoring production processes; including operating manufacturing equipment and maintaining compliance. PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE JOB DUTIES * Operate and monitor high-speed production equipment * Engage in resolving production line issues * Complete paperwork * Manifest packages for shipping * Restock flow racks with product * Load pallets for bulk truck shipment orders * Maintain a Clean and safe work area * Perform Re-box function QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PRODUCTION ROLE * Ability to quickly learn about how processing and packaging equipment works. * Self-motivated team player with the ability to make decisions, communicate, and problem- solve. * Comfort with basic computer functions and ability to quickly learn production software.
