Job Summary:
Are you ready to play a vital role in the production of Bactec products in a manufacturing environment? We're looking for dedicated Operators to join our team under the supervision of the Manufacturing Facilitator or designee. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating filling and labeling machines, as well as auxiliary equipment. Your role includes equipment setup, maintenance, and ensuring product quality while adhering to safety, QSR, ISO, and environmental regulations.

Shift: 4th (12 Hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Start up equipment following approved procedures and monitor product quality.
Operate machines according to approved procedures and compliance with QSR, ISO, and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records in the Batch Control Record.
Notify the Shift Leader or Manufacturing Facilitator of any deviations from normal operation and assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.
Keep the production area clean and organized.
Operate manufacturing equipment, including filling and labeling/packaging machines.
In the labeling/packaging area, you may be required to:
a) Prepare finished goods by shrink wrapping and placing corner boards.
b) Safely move finished products to the warehouse, ensuring proper handling.
c) Operate lifting and moving equipment while following safety guidelines.
Interpret written procedures, inspect your own work, and maintain neat and orderly documentation.
Actively participate in Lean Activities for continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

High School Graduate with the ability to understand written English.
Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is preferred.
Working Conditions:

The role may involve disagreeable working conditions, including exposure to noise, odors, and dust.
Heavy work is required, with constant lifting and movement of objects, as well as continuous walking or standing.
Potential accidents may involve cuts with broken glass or burns from hot tanks, pipes, and machinery.
