Weekly Pay! $43.87/Hour Key responsibilities: This candidate will assist in the plan, design, build, transition, and support of Public and Private Cloud Services under general guidance from Cloud Architects or supervisory personnel. This candidate will deliver Azure IaaS, PaaS, SQL, and other services leveraging Azure DevOps, and IAC (infrastructure as code). Skills required: Thorough understanding of Azure Cloud Services and how to deliver those services using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) techniques and tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Terraform, and other automation and orchestration tools 5+ experience supporting SQL Databases in a large environment 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure cloud technologies (AWS and GCP are nice to have) Working knowledge of scripting and automation tools (Terraform, Azure DevOps (ADO, etc.) Bachelor?s degree in computer science or a related field Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies: Experience supporting Azure Cloud and automation technologies and data center systems Proven expert knowledge of virtual application delivery technologies and platforms including knowledge of disaster recovery concepts ITIL certification and knowledge Experience in working with onsite/offshore support models/framework Self-driven and ability to identify tasks/activities required to keep the environment healthy Understanding of performance and capacity management and reporting Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Gigabit Ethernet) and storage (SAN, RAID levels, fiber-channel) Basic understanding of the network layers and network infrastructures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid teamwork and people skills A thought leader who focuses on the continuous improvement of our database services, and personal development of technical and professional skills in Cloud and Automation.
