Pay rate: 24.00 Job Description: Showroom Coordinator - will need to also be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft outlook Responsibilities: Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom. Answer incoming showroom calls. Effectively communicate appointment policy. Track all walk in customers. Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book and customer job folders. Maintain bid follow-up system. Effectively manage our appointment calendar. Work effectively with showroom sales team. Qualifications: High school degree required. Experience in sales and customer service. Work Hours: Tuesday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm and Saturday, 10am-5pm. | |
