JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Porter for our client in Santa Monica, CA! Pay rate: 20.00 The person in this role will be following COVID protocols and precautions to include wiping down high frequency touch points in high access areas. This includes wiping down glass, white boards, care and kitchen areas. The person will also be staging and setting up conference rooms, setting up office supplies, trash and recycling duties, maintain professional appearance of the common areas and lifting up to 50 lbs. The person may also perform non-technical general building maintenance, light custodial and minor repair duties. Work orders will be completed via computer and/or PDA. Other light duty tasks may be assigned. Requirements ? High school diploma or equivalent ? A minimum of 1 year relevant work experience preferably in a commercial building setting*** ? Must have basic Microsoft Office skills. | |
