JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Customer Service Specialist for our client in Pasadena, TX! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $25.00/Hour Shift Regular 8am-5pm Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, quotations, order status, process shipments for our repair center at Pasadena. You will communicate with other departments such as Logistics, Manufacturing/Repairs, Customers, Product Managers, to resolve customer issues. You will support the end to end administrative support for repairs right from quotations, to ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, invoicing, coordinating with logistics on shipping and resolving discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Processing Return units for repair Providing quotations to the customer Administrative Support Order Processing Customer Invoicing Communication to customers and internal stakeholders YOU MUST HAVE +3 years of experience High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field. Excellent communication skills. Customer service experience. WE VALUE Strong knowledge and experience with SAP ERP system. Experience with ticketing systems (EX Salesforce) preferred An attention to detail A bias for action An ability to work in a team A commitment to discovering ways to improve service An ability to work with limited direction Experience documenting Customer Service processes. | |
