Material Handler Required Skills and Abilities: ? Computer skills including: ? Microsoft Office (including Outlook) ? Database/Inventory Management Systems ? Forklift experience preferred, or the willingness and ability to learn forklift equipment. ? Efficient and effective communication and relational skills. ? Ability to perform routine duties independently and accurately with minimal supervision. ? Detail-oriented. Material Handler Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Performs daily warehouse duties which include loading and unloading trucks; stocking items received, returned, or produced; and wrapping finished goods. ? Safely handles and stores raw and finished materials as directed in designated, secure locations. ? Operates all warehouse equipment safely, including Class I, II, and III Forklifts. ? Manages inventory and performs regular inventory audits. ? Verifies paperwork and maintains records of shipped and received materials. ? Communicates with internal and external teams to understand and confirm important deadlines and product information. ? Moves components to and from the production area to ensure production lines have all necessary materials and finished goods are picked up in a timely manner. ? Implements current procedures related to safety, quality, productivity, and cost; and creatively seeks ways to make improvements within these procedures. ? Supports and adheres to company policies, procedures, and values. ? Performs other duties as assigned. Material Handler Physical Requirements: ? Constant moving throughout the facility. ?
