We are seeking a skilled Access Control Technician to join our team. The Access Control Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and functionality of access control systems, CCTV, and low voltage systems for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of access control, CCTV, and low voltage technologies. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities: o Install, configure, and maintain access control systems, CCTV cameras, and low voltage systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications. o Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to access control, CCTV, and low voltage systems, and implement effective solutions promptly. o Perform system upgrades and modifications to enhance security and functionality. o Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. o Ensure all systems meet quality and safety standards, complying with local and national regulations. o Offer technical support and guidance to clients and team members as needed. o Collaborate with other technicians and departments to integrate access control and CCTV systems with other security and communication systems. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications: o Proven experience as an Access Control Technician or a similar role. o Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV cameras, and low voltage technology. o Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting access control software and CCTV systems. o Familiarity with industry standards and best practices. o Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. o Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration. o Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. o A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Preferred Qualifications: o Certification in access control, CCTV, or low voltage systems. o Knowledge of network infrastructure and IP-based security systems. o Experience with various access control and CCTV brands and models.## | |
