EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor degree in Supply Chain/Business Management or other related work experience/tenure will be considered
CPIM is preferred
Minimum of 3 years related experience.

Planning, scheduling, and inventory management key discipline
Manage assigned product line order book to best achieve execution of customer requirements
Assign priority and order book realignment upon shifts in demand or supply
Analyzes daily production data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvements in delivery performance
Generate master production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of product line assigned to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer requirements
Maintain Available-to-Promise for assigned product line
Ensure that work center capacity throughout production process supports MPS
Approve new customer requirements and change order requirements
Provide feedback and risk analysis for management approval prior to order acceptance
Forecast and ensure adequate supply of Raw Material is secured
Initiate and perform ongoing updates of production milestones according to work order specifications, customer demand, established priorities, and capacity
Work to continuously improve department planning processes, spread best practices, and collaborate with other locations on improving the supply planning process for the Industrial Division
Requisition and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands.
Accurate and timely incorporation of in-process manufacturing change notices
Provide detail and feedback on customer order status to Customer Service
Interact with other departments (including Manufacturing, Engineering, Outside Processing, Quality, and Sales)
Production and Processing ? Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to interpret written and oral instructions.
